Британський суд надав політичний притулок колишньому керівнику компанії “Укрспецекспорт” Сергію Бондарчуку.
Про це повідомив заступник генерального прокурора Євген Єнін у Facebook.
За словами Єніна, Бондарчук попросив притулку.
“Прикро, що британський суд такий притулок надав, попри зусилля українських та британських прокурорів”, – написав він.
Заступник генпрокурора розповів, що це рішення ухвалене 17 липня, а 25 липня на його підставі Британія офіційно відмовила Україні в екстрадиції Бондарчука, повідомляє “Українська правда”
