Спецпредставник США наголосив, що Росія порушує свої зобов’язання, створюючи перешкоди у роботі Спеціальної моніторингової місії ОБСЄ на окупованій частині українського Донбасу.
Спеціальний представник Державного департаменту Сполучених Штатів Америки у справах України Курт Волкер наголошує, що Російська Федерація та керовані нею сили на Донбасі хочуть приховати створену ними гуманітарну та економічну катастрофу на сході України.
Про це дипломат написав у Twitter.
“Росія і її сили постійно блокують Спеціальну моніторингову місію ОБСЄ в порушення своїх зобов’язань. Росія не хоче, аби світ побачив, що вона створила гуманітарну, економічну та екологічну катастрофу на Донбасі. Настав час для миру в Україні”, – заявив Волкер.
Так дипломат відреагував на заяву СММ ОБСЄ у Facebook від 3 серпня, у якій йшлося про обмеження доступу СММ на окупованій частині Донецької області.
“Спостерігачів СММ ОБСЄ знову зупинили на в’їзді до непідконтрольного урядові Новоазовська. Поки патруль місії утримували на блокпості більше трьох годин, спостерігачі бачили, як інші цивільні особи безперешкодно його перетинали. Такі перешкоди нашому пересуванню трапляються часто, адже сторони знають, що якщо СMM щось зафіксує, то публічно повідомить про це”, – заявили тоді в СММ.
У місії повідомили, що протягом минулого місяця свободу пересування спостерігачів обмежували приблизно 40 разів у південній частині непідконтрольних урядові районів Донецької області.
“Щоразу збройні формування порушували Мінські угоди, які вони погодились виконувати, і не давали спостерігачам СММ можливості виконувати свою роботу зі встановлення фактів та сприяння нормалізації ситуації в області”, – наголосили спостерігачі.
